About Us

At Elite Fitness we specialise in small group personal training. We are not like other gyms where you go to a class of over 30 people and get no attention from the coach, on average we have around six per session. Each session is tailored to your own level from beginner to advanced.

Each of our coaches will know you by name and know what your goals are. Whether your goal is to get your first pull up or compete in a body building competition, we are here to help you every step of the way.

Each session is tailored from beginner to advanced and our highly skilled coaches can help if you need an alternative exercise or are returning after an injury.

Our members get nutritional guides, nutritional coaching and recipe books.

We use Inbody scans showing you your muscle mass and body fat percentage and do these regularly to track your progess so you know where you are on your journey.

I have over ten years experience coaching and working as a personal trainer. I specialise in Olympic Lifting and have competed in the past. Some of my clients have competed in a number of competitions also.

I have been a personal trainer for the last five years and have loved every minute of it. The gym is like my second home, it's my favourite place to be.
